Smok is a company that has been on the Irish market for years and continues to bring out incredible products, especially as far as pod devices go. The new Smok Nord 5 kit is a vast improvement on their previous Nord series of devices, now switching things up by removing the Nord coil compatibility and have replaced this with their super-popular RPM and RPM-2 coils ranges. On top of this, the Nord 5 pod offers a brand new Airflow control wheel for customizing the vape to your exact tastes. This new Nord 5 kit from Smok is distinguished by its many colors and the shape of its lines. But that’s not all as it comes in a leather version for a very comfortable and pleasant grip. The leather version is a little larger than the classic version with dimensions of 106 x 32.5 x 24.8 mm against 105 x 32.5 x 23.74 mm. For the rest of the characteristics, there is no difference between the two versions except one which will be specified in the continuation of this card.

Variable Wattage
The Smok Nord 4 pod Kit Ireland is a small yet super powerful device, giving you a full 80 watts of variable wattage power and a large battery capacity to accompany it to ensure you can run at a high power all day long. The Nord 5 kit is specialized in DL draw with a powerful and thick vape. The pod offers a power that can be customized from 5W to 80W. To do this, the box has an OLED screen of 0.69 inch and two selection buttons. This screen displays the important parameters for a simple and clear vape. To go with its power, the Nord 5 has two air inlets to cool and thicken the vapor it produces. This dual inlet allows you to aerate the vape while enjoying the flavors. For a tighter draw and stronger taste, the airflow is adjustable with a sliding knob on the back of the pod.

Opposite the airflow control knob, there is an LED that flashes in case of problems such as a short circuit. The Nord 5 has 4 safety features.

To go with the pod, the Nord 5 cartridge is also off the charts with a capacity of 5ml. This cartridge is large enough to not have to fill it all the time. To stay on the filling, it is done on the side after unclipping the anti-leakage tab. The 5ml cartridge supports the RPM3 coils from Smok. With the purchase of this pack, a 0.15 ohm coil is pre-installed in the cartridge Nord 5, and another coil in 0.23 ohm is provided. Both are sub-ohm and are specialized in DL draw. The 0.23ohm will bring out a little more flavor in e-liquids while the 0.15ohm will produce huge clouds. Whether it is for the standard version or for the leather version, this new pod Nord 5 from Smok already stands out as the reference in terms of DL draw for this type of electronic cigarette.
